The Girl with a New Wrist Tattoo
Lindsay Lohan is a fan of tattooing words on her body -- because just a few months after she got a Billy Joel song lyric tattooed on her rib cage ... she got a much smaller saying on her left wrist.
According to our sources, LiLo hit up a tattoo parlor on Friday night to get the work done. The impetus for the new ink, we're told, was Lindsay's feeling that she's at a great point in her life ... and she wanted to do something she'd always remember.
Our sources say Lindsay is excited for March 29 to come, because that's the day she will be done with her court-ordered community service.
Perhaps from then on, she won't do anything anyone would regret.

Beyonce finally popped, giving birth to a baby girl named Ivy Blue Carter in New York City on Saturday
Proud dad Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, was at the hospital where Beyonce reportedly birthed Ivy by c-section -- and shortly after her arrival ... J & B's famous friends started sending out birth announcements on the Internet.
Rihanna tweeted, "Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih"
Hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons also took to Twitter, saying ... "congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z."
Beyonce famously announced her pregnancy on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards back in August.

Katy Perry lashed out at her parents last night for playing armchair quarterbacks in her divorce with Russell Brand.
Keith and Mary Hudson, who are ministers, said earlier this week ... the blessing in Katy's divorce is that it created interested in their ministry.
Katy tweeted last night ... she was " grateful for all the love and support" she's gotten from her fans. But she followed that up by saying that no one speaks for her ... including her family.

Cal Worthington -- the greatest car salesman of all time -- believes his 42-year-old wife Anna is gunning for his fortune ... so he BANISHED her from his mansion and REPO'D her Bentley.
The 91-year-old LEGEND has filed new docs in his divorce ... claiming the woman he married in April turned out to be a lemon ... but he signed a pre-nup so she wouldn't get jack squat.
Cal claims he's only obligated to fork over $4k per month ... for 6 months after the divorce ... and THAT'S IT. Then she's on her own.
Anna thinks she deserves more ... MUCH MORE ... including Cal's $3.25 MILLION Beverly Hills mansion.
Long story short ... Anna claims Cal bought the house FOR HER as a wedding gift ... and therefor she's entitled to at least half.
Cal is calling BS -- and wants a judge to block Anna from being allowed on the Bev Hills property.
And to show he means business ... Cal sent a tow truck to secretly re-possess the Bentley Anna had been driving ... while it was parked outside of her mother's home.
In the docs, Cal claims Anna was driving a 2004 Chrysler Sebring before the marriage ... so that's what she should be driving now.
Anna hired K-Fed's former lawyer -- Mark Vincent Kaplan -- and wants to "insure [Cal] does not leave me on the street without any means to live."
Buckle up ... looks like this one's getting nasty.

Don't Blame Me For Gruesome Car Crash
Retired NBA superstar Jamal Mashburn has been accused of causing a nasty car accident that left two people badly injured ... but Mash says the other driver shouldn't have been DRIVING WHILE USING A CELL PHONE!!!
The ESPN commentator has been sued in Florida over an accident that occurred back in February ... and one of the alleged victims claims she was physically scarred and disfigured as a result.
But Mashburn is fighting back -- and in court docs obtained by TMZ, he denies responsibility and points the finger at his accusers ... who he says were NOT following common safety rules of the road.
In the docs, Mashburn claims both people were NOT wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash ... and alleges the driver was using a cell phone.
Mashburn also claims the alleged victims are LYING about the extent of their injuries ... insisting they were not permanently injured, scarred or disfigured.
The alleged victims are seeking more than $15k. Calls to Mashburn have not been returned.

Kate Major has completed her 30-day stint in rehab for alcohol issues and is currently undergoing aftercare treatment in northern California ... TMZ has learned.
According to our sources, Kate made great progress during her stay at a treatment center in Boca Raton, FL. We're told Major has no plans other than to focus on her sobriety.
As TMZ first reported, Major was hospitalized during her rehab after she suffered a seizure. Sources close to Major tell us her health has been good and she has not suffered any seizures since.
